Thank you for visiting and shopping at Handloom Legacy. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our shipping policy.

Shipment Processing Time (for India)

All orders are processed within 5–7 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

Note: A nominal fee of ₹99 is charged for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

Shipment Processing Time (International)

International shipping takes around 6–10 working days, depending on the location. Sometimes there might be unforeseen delays due to reasons beyond our control. We will keep you informed in such cases.

Note: For international shipping, customers may be required to pay import customs duties, if applicable in the destination country, on handloom products sourced from India.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s).

Damaged or Lost Items

Handloom Legacy is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team to file a claim. Please retain all packaging material and damaged goods before filing the claim.
