One can raise a return request within 3 days of delivery of the product.
No return/exchange request will be accepted after the given time frame.
Any cancellation request will be accepted only before dispatch of the order.
How do i return?
To raise a return request send us a direct WhatsApp message from the chat button on website with following credentials:
Order Number
Photo of the product you intend to return
Reason for returning the product
What items are returnable?
Only unstitched garments (sarees, stoles and dupattas) are eligible for returns.
The item shouldn't have been used in any way.
They must be in original condition.
For clothing unwashed and unworn.
In the original packaging with all the tags etc.
Items bought on sale/discounts are not eiligible for return.
Note: Returns will not be initiated for the sarees, if blouse has been stitched or fall/pico has been done.
Store carefully away from the sun, dust, and moisture, preferably in muslin cloth. Regularly air and refold the garment. Dry-clean only when required. Avoid ironing directly on the zari and any direct contact with perfume.
